You can downgrade or change your subscription plan any time you like by following these steps:
- Login to your account
- Select the product that you wish to downgrade from the product selector
- Navigate to the Administration page and under Subscription Plan and Quotas select Upgrade Product Subscription
- Choose the new plan and click Next to continue through the wizard
If you're currently on a paid plan, your can downgrade to a free plan any time and free of charge.
NOTE: When downgrading your subscription, especially when downgrading to a free account, you might lose access to historical data due to the lower thresholds associated with the new account level.
Processing your downgrade request
When you downgrade your plan, the new plan will come into effect as soon as your current prepaid plan expires at the end of your billing cycle. Therefore let's say your plan ends on December 31 and you choose to downgrade in October, the downgraded plan with the new quotas will come into effect once the new billing cycle starts on January 1.
Should you choose to downgrade your subscription, please make sure to do so at least 24 hours before the end of your current billing period. This will ensure there is enough time to process your downgrade request before the automated billing system processes your next payment.
Please note that if you downgrade an account before the current subscription expires, you cannot be refunded for the remaining period of your original subscription.
